Conduct
Every learner is Good by default. Change a learner only when their conduct is not good. It prints on the report card.
Year-end Promotion
Moves every learner to the next class in one step. Do this after the last report cards are printed.
What will happen
Student IDs and photos do not change. A full copy of the current list is saved in the sheet first, so you can undo it. S.4 and S.6 are marked as Left and no longer appear in the apps.

Tests the connection, learner list, photos, sign-in codes, SMS and approvals in one go.
School settings
Change these yourself. They save to the school database straight away.
Sign-in QR & Code
Print the QR code once and post it at the entrance. The backup code changes every 3 days.
New QR code
Use this only if the printed QR was copied or lost. It makes a new QR and the old poster stops working, so print the new one right away.
